Access devices may include keys, fobs and remotes. After you’ve settled you may require additional devices, either for yourself or your tenants.

For most properties, new or additional access devices can be ordered online via Keyzee.

I can’t find my building on the form.

Be sure not to type in your apartment or unit number when searching for your property.

If you are still unable to find your property in the drop-down menu, this may mean that your Committee or Building Manager are handling access orders themselves.

In this instance, please send an email to access@theknight.com.au and we’ll be happy to assist and confirm the process for your property.

How is the price determined?

The cost of devices is set by the locksmith or access system provider.  It is given during the ordering process.

The postage fee covers the cost of Keyzee arranging secure delivery of your new item to the nominated location”

The administration fee goes to The Knight and Keyzee to cover the processing of your order.

Your Owners Corporation bears no costs for the ordering of access devices.

Your Management Team consists of an Owners Corporation Manager, Owners Corporation Associate Manager and Owners Corporation Accountant.

They are all assisted by our extensive Client Support Team.
