Living overseas or vacant lots?
If you reside overseas or will be absent from your lot for a period of more than 3 months, you are required to provide an Australian address for the service of notices (Section 135 of the Owners Corporations Act)
We suggest arranging for notices to be received by your rental agent or a relative in Australia and remember to advise us as soon as practicable when your address changes.
Renting your property?
Be sure to provide your rental agent with all the information about your property and provide us with their details.
