My Property is an online portal which requires secured login details to gain access and houses important and useful information about your Owners Corporation.

My Property allows you to:

  • update your contact details
  • Access account balances, invoices and payment history
  • Obtain copies of:
    • the rules of the Owners Corporation
    • the Plan of Subdivision
    • Minutes of Meetings
    • Insurance Certificate of Currency
    • Specifications of Apartment fit out (where available)
    • Proxy and Committee Nomination forms
  • View Building Notices
  • Any other important information that may arise from time to time

Tenants and Property Managers are also able to access certain areas of My Property to view items such as Building Notices or obtain copies of the Rules.
