Your Owners Corporation Committee.
Your Committee is a group of fellow owners (typically up to seven) who have been elected to manage the Owners Corporation. Most decisions are made by your Committee.
We at The Knight have been appointed to support them and help facilitate their decisions. We do not make decisions ourselves.
If you would like to be involved, you can nominate to join the committee at your Annual General Meeting.
Your Management Team.
Your Management Team consists of an Owners Corporation Manager, Owners Corporation Associate and Owners Corporation Accountant.
They are all assisted by our extensive Client Support Team.
We are available to help you with administrative, financial and secretarial matters, as well as maintenance and general enquiries in relation to your Owners Corporation.
